RINL wins awards at quality concept convention
Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (RINL-VSP) won 15 “par-excellence” awards, four “excellent” awards and one “distinguish” award at the National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC-2021), organized by Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) in hybrid mode at Coimbatore from December 27 to 30.
RINL puts up an impressive performance during FY21-22
Visakhapatnam Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (RINL-VSP) won 15 "par-excellence" awards, four "excellent" awards and one "distinguish" award at the National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC-2021), organized by Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) in hybrid mode at Coimbatore from December 27 to 30.
The company said on Thursday that 13 LQC teams and 7 "5S" teams from RINL participated. Among all the 'par-excellence' award winner LQC teams from RINL, the top three teams in the order of merit were Proxy Tech from Blast Furnace, Atmanirbhar from Special Bar Mill and Alpha from Light and Medium Merchant Mill.
Atul Bhatt, CMD, RINL-VSP congratulated all the winners for bringing laurels to the company. All the Directors of RINL-VSP applauded the efforts of the participants from RINL.
