Mumbai: The 2025 festive season could not have come at a better time as the housing market in the city has already set records and laid the foundation of a strong end to the year. More than 99,000 homes were registered in Mumbai alone between January and August, the fastest ever run-up to the 1 lakh annual mark, even surpassing the pace of last year alone and reflecting an unprecedented level of buyer confidence.
