Hyderabad: Lake Shore recently announced the opening of Lake Shore Y-Junction, its newest retail destination (mall) in Hyderabad and the company’s sixth operational asset nationwide. The launch strengthens Lake Shore’s pan-India portfolio of community-centric retail destinations and marks its entry into the Hyderabad market. Y-Junction is a fully integrated retail development designed to serve one of Hyderabad’s most densely populated residential belts.
Spread across 1.6 million square feet, Lake Shore Y-Junction is a fully integrated retail development strategically located at the confluence of Balanagar, Kukatpally and surrounding neighbourhoods — one of the city’s most densely populated and fastest growing residential micro markets. The regional mall is designed as a large-format, everyday destination serving the core needs of its immediate catchment offering a curated mix of retail, food, entertainment and community spaces.
The development is pre-certified Gold by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Notably, it is the first major mall to open in this micro market in nearly eight years, addressing a long-underserved demand dynamic.
