Ram Reddy appointed Credai vice president

Hyderabad: Gummi Ram Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Hyderabad-based Ark Group, has been appointed as the national vice president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (Credai) for 2021-23.

Reddy was the founding president of Credai Telangana from 2015-19 and is its Chairman since 2019.

Hailing from Nalgonda district of Telangana, Ram Reddy, a civil engineer by profession, established Ark Developers in 1989 and nurtured it into a diversified group with presence in real estate, building construction, infrastructure development and agro farms.

Ark Group executed complex and innovative construction projects for blue-chip companies like Tata Aerospace, Mahindra, JBM, Decathalon and many more.

He received many awards for his achievements in real estate and infrastructure sectors. He

has been honoured with 'Business Leader' award by TV5 news channel in 2012. He also received World's Greatest Leaders award for 2018-19 in Dubai.

Reddy also set up a foundation that helps the needy people in their educational pursuits and takes up other activities, benefitting the poor.
