Hyderabad: Boutique Supermarket brand Q Mart on Sunday launched its third store in Hyderabad at Sattva Knowledge City, Madhapur. The small format store - Q Mart Convenio, spread over 4,000 sft, is house to national and international brands, gourmet food, imported food, specialty items, gluten free food, organic food and home needs.
As part of its aggressive expansion plans, Q Mart also announced that it is set to open a large-format store in Kokapet area. It has plans to open nearly five Convenio stores in several niche areas of Hyderabad over the next 27 months. The brand also plans to foray into Bengaluru and Chennai with a mix of large and Convenio stores by 2025.
On the launch, Dr Rahul Varma, Director, Q Mart said, “We are delighted to launch our third store. The new format store offers a variety of products under a roof based on the Q Mart benchmark for quality and uniqueness of products.”
The store will offer food categories including cheese, fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and seafood, dairy and ice cream, bakery products, beverages and juices, among others. The non-food segment will have cosmetics, personal care and grooming, home care and essentials.
