Navy helicopter locates body of missing youth off Vizag Beach
Based on a request received from Visakhapatnam District Administration for assistance in the search and rescue of an 18-year-old boy reportedly drowned at RK Beach, the Indian Navy immediately launched a helicopter from INS Dega for the search operation.

Visakhapatnam Based on a request received from Visakhapatnam District Administration for assistance in the search and rescue of an 18-year-old boy reportedly drowned at RK Beach, the Indian Navy immediately launched a helicopter from INS Dega for the search operation.
The helicopter crew was able to locate the body in the sea off RK Beach and shared the location with the local police present on the beach.
A Coast Guard boat which was also deployed for the search operation was guided to the location and the body was recovered by a diver.
