Hyderabad City-based infrastructure major, NCC Limited said its Founder and Chairman Emeritus Dr AVS Raju was felicitated by her President of India Droupadi Murmu during Sri Alluri Sitarama Raju's 125th Birth Anniversary celebrations held in the city recently.
Telangana Governor Dr Tamilsai Soundararajan, Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrashekar Rao and Union Minister of Culture, Tourism and Development of North Eastern Region, G Kishan Reddy and other dignitaries were present during the event.
As part of its CSR initiative, NCC Ltd pledged to provide 11 two BHK flats to tribal villagers. Each flat admeasures 800 sft with all the amenities included amounting to Rs 2.5 crore at Battapanukula panchayat, Alluri Sitarama Raju district.
