Hyderabad: Nirvana Realty, a leading holiday home development company, is bullish on high demand from buyers. In the span of just six months, 100 units of Nirvana's Signature Resorts, Phase-1 were sold.
The Resorts are 50 per cent EMI-free and expected to offer 90 per cent more rental income than city homes. The units in the company's other phases are getting booked swiftly. The signature resorts are located in Khopoli and Wada, which are easily accessible distances from the main city of Mumbai.
They are themed gated communities which are beautifully designed with several unique amenities such as guitar shaped swimming pool with underwater speakers, musical gardens and much more. Punit Agarwal, CEO, Nirvana Realty, said: "Over 250 units are booked, as we got that many applications.
