The exhibition has brought together property developers, relevant product manufacturers, buyers, sustainable developers and investors who are inclined to purchase properties and products that are sustainable.

The exhibitors are happy with the response from the visitors with lot of enquires about projects and products showcased in the exhibition. Speaking to Bizz Buzz, Techno Paints Zonal Manager Pawan Kumar said, “We are having good response from builders and end-users. High-profile clients enquired about different types of special finishers. Based on that, we understood that there is a huge requirement. With this exhibition, we have directly reached the end-users. Overall, there is a good response from customers & builders, and IGBC also supported well for our brand promotion.”

Apart from builders, architects and students, there was also huge response to the exhibition from the general public. The event has made people came to know about various sustainable projects and technologies.

“Generally, in a property show, we can get to know property details of various developers as all are put together in a single place. So, it’s comfortable to know about various properties under one roof. In this exhibition, there are also household things showcased. Though we expect more projects as most of them are known as there are lot of other projects in the city,” said Niranjan Reddy, a city-based businessman.

The exhibition has IGBC-certified projects and sustainable products used for construction. Though there mostly high range projects some said there should basic-level projects. The products for gardening in balconies, green lightening and other technologies to save power consumption.

“Though there are some medium-range housing projects, most of the displayed projects are of high range. Coming to green products, there are more to be exhibited. In the expo, there are more property related products but less from the interior segment. I find only few products or technologies related to interiors exhibited in the expo,” said Vijay, a supermarket owner.

Various industrialists, realtors and manufacturers showcased environment friendly construction techniques, solutions and products. “The builders as well as the property investors can get good knowledge on sustainable products from the exhibition. In various stalls, the people can learn about quality of construction products like green cement, steel and blocks. Most of products exhibited in the expo are environment friendly,” Venkatesham, a realtor from Yadirigutta.
