Magicbricks brings dream home festival

New Delhi Magicbricks, an online real estate portal announced the sixth edition of its programme, 'Dream Home Festival.' During the fest, the platform will offer exclusive launches, deals and offers to customers. On the portal, over 185 properties from 170 developers will be displayed from across 19 cities.

Magicbricks said that customers will get benefits such as free registry and car parking, GST and stamp duty waivers, discounts of upto Rs 7 lakh for on-the-spot bookings, free maintenance and club membership, better home loan interest rates and discounts such as Rs 1000 off on per sft rates along with opportunity to interact with developers directly.

He further added that India is currently a buyer's market and there is increasing demand for residential property.
