Hyderabad: Innova Solutions has introduced a new service offering and practice named Innova Orion, targeting the Global Capability Centers (GCC) market in India. This move is aimed at bolstering the company’s presence in India and tapping into the rising number of GCCs. Innova Orion offers a range of services tailored to assist GCCs at different stages of their development in India, from inception to establishment as innovation centres.

The services provided by Innova Orion include:

- Advisory & Consulting: Offering strategic guidance and expert advice to support GCCs during their initial stages, laying a solid foundation for future growth.

- Implementation & Transition: Assisting in optimizing operations and processes for improved efficiency, enhancing overall performance.

- Specialization & Optimization: Facilitating the development of GCCs by creating and managing centres of excellence (COEs), promoting continuous improvement and specialization.

- Transformation & Innovation: Enabling GCCs to become dynamic innovation hubs by enhancing their engineering capabilities in areas such as product development, R&D, and domain expertise.

Pradeep Yadlapati, President of APAC SBU and India Country Head, noted that India's share in the global GCC market is expected to double by 2030, making it an attractive destination for organizations aiming to expand their capabilities. He emphasized that Innova Orion's tailored solutions will help GCCs leverage their full potential, driving growth and innovation.

According to a recent Nasscom report on GCCs, India is becoming a leading destination for advanced product engineering and engineering research & development (ER&D). By 2030, it is projected that more than half of the world's top 2000 companies will have their GCCs in India, totalling over 2400 centres. India is expected to hold nearly two-thirds of the global market share for these centres, particularly in the IT, technology services, and banking & finance sectors.
