TG Housing Board to conduct e-auction of prime land parcels

Hyderabad: The Telangana Housing Board (THB) has announced an online e-auction for six prime land parcels across Medchal–Malkajgiri and Ranga Reddy districts, offering investors a chance to acquire premium commercial and institutional properties.

The auction will be conducted via the MSTC portal on October 9 and 10, 2025. The auction includes two plots at Chintal in Medchal–Malkajgiri, one designated for commercial use and the other for school development, and four commercial plots at Raviryal in Ranga Reddy.

Parcel sizes range from 1,113 to 13,503 sq. yards, with upset prices between Rs 40,000 and Rs72,000 per sq. yard. Pre-bid Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) start from Rs 25 lakh, with minimum bid increments set at Rs2,500 per sq. yard.

Interested bidders must register and submit the pre-bid EMD online through the MSTC portal by October 8 for Chintal plots and October 9 for Raviryal plots. THB has assured that the e-auction will be conducted transparently; allowing investors to bid conveniently for strategically located plots near major road networks and residential areas.
