Landeed Launches Zero-Fee Bill Payments For Property Tax & Utilities

Hyderabad: City-based proptech startup, Landeed, a property title search and compliance platform, said it has introduced ‘Bill Payments’ feature, which allows property owners to pay taxes, utilities, broadband, municipal charges, and society dues without any service charges.

The introduction of Bill Payments feature is part of Landeed’s long-term vision to digitize real estate management, from property title searches to legal diligence, in India.

“Paying real estate-related bills should be simple, but in India, it is anything but,” said Sanjay Mandava, Founder and CEO of Landeed.
