FTCCI to host summit on redefining value in Telangana real estate

The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) will organise a high-level summit titled “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot” on January 29, 2026, at The Marvel, T-Hub, Hyderabad.

The summit aims to bring together key stakeholders from across the real estate ecosystem to deliberate on evolving approaches to value creation that extend beyond conventional metrics such as built-up area. With Hyderabad emerging as one of India’s most resilient and forward-looking real estate markets, the event will focus on future-ready strategies aligned with policy reforms, infrastructure expansion and the rise of emerging asset classes.

The day-long summit will feature multiple sessions addressing critical themes, including mid-segment versus premium housing demand, the impact of policy and infrastructure on real estate growth, long-term investment strategies for Hyderabad leading up to 2034, youth perspectives on the property market, and the growing importance of alternate assets within India’s real estate landscape.

Industry leaders from FTCCI, NAREDCO Telangana and JLL India, along with prominent developers, investors and real estate consultants, are expected to share insights on Hyderabad’s competitive positioning compared to other major Indian metropolitan markets. Discussions will also explore new growth opportunities across residential, commercial and alternate real estate segments.

The summit is being supported by JLL as Knowledge Partner, NAREDCO Telangana as Supporting Partner, Nikhila Constructions and Developers as Title Partner, and Truck Dock Logistics as Associate Partner.

The event is expected to attract a wide cross-section of participants, including developers, architects, asset managers, investors, manufacturers and senior decision-makers from across the real estate value chain.
