StarRez launches global innovation hub in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: StarRez, a global leader in student housing software, has announced the launch of its new Global Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, marking a major milestone in the company’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) expansion. The facility will serve as a key center for AI-driven innovation, product engineering, and SaaS platform development, reinforcing StarRez’s commitment to delivering advanced solutions for housing management and resident engagement worldwide.
Headquartered in Australia, with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and now India, StarRez provides technology solutions that support on- and off-campus housing operations for over 1,100 institutions and 2,000 properties globally, serving more than three million residents annually.
The Hyderabad Innovation Hub will play a pivotal role in advancing StarRez’s global technology roadmap, integrating data intelligence, automation, and analytics into its product ecosystem. The company plans to expand its India team from the current 40 professionals to over 200 in the coming years, building expertise across software development, AI, API integration, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
