IIL launches virtual medical representatives

Hyderabad: City-based Indian Immunologicals Limited (IIL) the subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) on Monday launched its first set of virtual medical representatives. An alternative to facilitate physician’s interface, eMOz is a cutting edge tool for information sharing wherein e-reps get to connect with doctors about new products.

Traditional sales models in the pharma industry are based on engagement between sales representatives and physicians. However, the Covid-19 pandemic restricted representative’s access to physicians.

Dr K Anand Kumar, Managing Director, IIL said, “This generation of healthcare professionals are open for digital channels of communication. eMOz will provide an engaging digital experience to our customers while focusing on covering untapped markets.”
