HR conference held in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Human Resource organisation, SHRM India concluded its two-day conference and expo ‘SHRMI Tech23’ on May 12, 2023.

More than 120 speakers, 500 CXOs, 4,000 HR and Tech leaders attended over 60 sessions comprising more than 20 learning hours. The theme of this year’s event, ‘Quantum Shift’ explored on how technology can enhance the workplace. Achal Khanna, CEO, SHRM India said: “We are transitioning into an era of everything tech. To thrive and grow, businesses must embrace technology. Incorporating technology at the workplace can be a game changer.”

A report titled “HR Systems Blueprint: Maximising the Data Edge” was presented during the conference.

A debate on “The Age of ChatGPT: Hack or Flak” was held which brought together experts from various fields.
