Kerten Hospitality enters Indian market

Ireland-headquartered Kerten Hospitality has anounced announced its entry into India targeting 1,000 keys during the first phase of its launch with three brands -- The House Hotel, Cloud7 Hotels and HOSME.
India represents a strategic growth market for the group aligned with its long-term expansion plan of entering high-growth destinations. With the Indian hospitality market projected to reach USD 55.67 billion by 2031 at a CAGR of 14.76 per cent, the country offers a compelling platform for a brand built on experience-led, locally rooted hospitality, Kerten Hospitality stated.
Marloes Knippenberg, CEO, Kerten Hospitality, said, "We are already seeing a strong demand from developers and owners and will soon be able to cater to the vast diaspora of Indian consumers with Kerten-managed properties across the country.”
Kerten Hospitality has a footprint of sixty lodging projects across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The group's portfolio spans hotels, serviced residences and mixed-use lifestyle destinations.
