Fintech startup, Breez builders partner for home loans

Hyderabad Gurgaon-based fintech startup, Basic Home Loan said it has entered into a partnership with Breez Builders and Developers, to offer home loans and consultation services to their existing and upcoming customers. As part of this partnership, Basic Home Loan will provide end-to-end loan services to customers, hence, bridging the gap between homebuyers and builders.

Home loan customers have a difficult time choosing the right lender based on their home loan needs, Basic Home Loan said that with this agreement the loan procurement process for customers will get streamlined. The home buyers will get free instant and personalised quotes from more than 50 lenders. Through Basic, customers will get a digital mortgage experience, which means everything from lead generation to application to sanction to disbursement can be handled through the app or website.

In line with the government's mission of 'housing for all' in all parts of India, this partnership is a step in that direction, the Business Head of Real Estate Partnerships, Basic Home Loan, Pranav said. "The government is making progress toward providing low-income housing, but many sections of society still lack the financial guidance to achieve their dream of home ownership. This partnership aims to cater to the aspirational needs of middle-income group customers and take them a step closer to owning their dream homes."

Breez Group has completed nearly 12 group housing projects, new-age homes, and logistics parks. The Group said it now aims to provide customers with quality infrastructure at an affordable price.
