DCIL observes 45th Formation Day

Visakhapatnam: DREDGING Corporation of India Limited (DCIL) celebrated 45th Foundation Day here on Monday. The premier dredging was incorporated on this day 45 years back and since then it has been consistently catering to the dredging requirements of the major and minors ports across the country and abroad.

On this occasion, in his message the employees of DCIL, Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of State for Ports, Shipping and Waterways expressed confidence that DCIL will soon emerge as a global giant in the field of green and sustainable dredging for Atma Nirbhar Bharat.

The celebration was attended by MD and CEO, Dr GYV Victor and the employees and their families. Speaking on the occasion, Victor outlined the journey of DCIL through the years and recollected the invaluable contributions made by its past Chairman and all other employees in the stupendous journey spanning four decades.
