DCIL gets Rs 122.5-cr tender from Cochin Port

Visakhapatnam Dredging Corporation of India Limited (DCIL) has been awarded the dredging for maintenance of channels and basins at Cochin Port Trust (COPT) for 2021-22 through open tenders at a total cost of Rs.122.50 crore.

The contract is for dredging a quantity of 24 million cubic meters. DCIL has commenced the dredging at COPT by deploying Dredge XV and Dredge VIII dredgers.
