CREDAI Telangana moves into new office in Hyd

Hyderabad The Telangana chapter of Credai (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India) on Thursday announced the opening of their new office at Financial District, Nanakramguda. Telangana IT Minister K T Rama Rao inaugurated the new premise along with V Prashanth Reddy, Telangana Minister of Roads and Buildings.

The new office will serve as a dedicated space for skill development and training programmes for the members of Credai Telangana, as well as their technical, and marketing workforce. The realtors apex body said that the aim of moving to a new space is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the real estate sector in the State by providing training opportunities and addressing the challenges faced by developers here.

“Several industrial zones are being set up in the State to take development towards the towns. This has created more job opportunities for youth in these districts. Employment brings in demand for the real estate. To support our members from the various district chapters to understand the latest trends and best practices being followed by developers in bigger cities and to foster the growth in the sector, we are setting up the Credai Telangana office,” Ch Ramchandra Reddy, Chairman, Credai Telangana said.

Reddy further said that the centre will provide training, skill development and exposure to the latest trends in the sector. The close proximity to ORR will make the premise easily accessible to the District Chapters, he added.
