The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially announced the exam dates for the much-awaited SBI Clerk (Junior Associate – Customer Support & Sales) Prelims 2025. The preliminary examination will be held in online mode on September 20, 21, and 27, 2025.
Admit Card Release Soon
SBI will soon release the admit cards for the preliminary exam. Once available, candidates can download them directly from the official website — sbi.co.in.
Recruitment Drive Details
- Total Vacancies: 6,589 (including regular and backlog posts)
- Age Limit: Candidates must be 20 to 28 years old as of April 1, 2025
- Position: Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern 2025
- Type: Objective (MCQ-based)
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 1 hour
Shortlisted candidates from the prelims will move on to the mains exam and subsequently, a local language proficiency test (if required).
SBI Clerk Mains Exam Pattern 2025
- Questions: 190
- Total Marks: 200
- Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes
Candidates who did not study the specified local language of the applied state in Class 10 or 12 will need to clear a language test before final selection.
