Mumbai: Adani Airport Holdings has partnered with Blinkit to launch India’s first in-terminal quick commerce service at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, aimed at enhancing passenger convenience.
The service is currently operational at Terminal 2 for domestic departures, allowing travellers to order essential items through the Blinkit app and receive them within minutes inside the airport.
Passengers can choose from a range of products including chargers, snacks, books and personal care items. Deliveries are enabled across boarding gates, lounges, food courts and select retail outlets within the terminal.
The operations are handled by trained on-ground staff to ensure secure and seamless delivery without disrupting airport processes or passenger timelines. Permissible liquid items such as packaged water, juices and cold drinks are also available through approved in-terminal inventory, in line with security regulations.
According to AAHL, the initiative is designed to improve the overall airport experience by integrating digital convenience directly into the passenger journey.
For Blinkit, the partnership opens a high-demand, time-sensitive consumption space, helping expand its user base.
