Tata AutoComp acquires IAC Slovakia

Hyderabad: Tata AutoComp Systems Limited, through its British subsidiary Artifex Interior Systems, has completed the acquisition of the 100 per cent share capital of IAC Group (Slovakia). This acquisition will lay the foundation for deeper expansion across the UK and EU markets.
