Tata Motors launched the facelift version of subcompact Altroz with a starting price of ₹6.89 lakh (ex-showroom). It features a refreshed design, upgraded technology, and improved safety features, which aims to compete with Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Toyota Glanza, and Hyundai i20.
What are the changes?
Taking inspiration from the 2018 45X concept, the design of the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift features a striking 3D front grille that beautifies its bold appearance. The headlamps are integrated with sleek daytime running lights (DRLs).
The model presents a futuristic profile as it features a fresh set of alloy wheels with EV-inspired styling.
The facelift model is available in five colours, which are Dune Glow, Ember Glow, Pure Grey, Royal Blue, and Pristine White.
Engine
Tata Altroz facelift presents a range of engine options to cater to different customer preferences. These versions include a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which produces a power of 88 bhp and torque of 115 Nm, while 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 118 bhp of power and 170 Nm of torque.
In the diesel category, the company offers a 1.5-litre engine that produces a power of 89 bhp and torque of 200 Nm. Moreover, a 1.2-litre CNG variant with twin-cylinder technology is also available, which offers a more eco-friendly alternative.
