TVS Motor Company has unveiled the 2025 model of its Apache RTR 200 4V motorcycle, priced at Rs 1.54 lakh (ex-showroom). The launch coincides with the 20th anniversary of the Apache series.
The updated RTR 200 4V features a new front suspension setup with a 37 mm upside-down (USD) fork. The handlebar now comes with a hydroformed design aimed at improving rider control and comfort. The motorcycle meets the latest OBD-2B emission standards.
Under the hood, the Apache RTR 200 4V runs a 197.75cc single-cylinder engine. This powertrain generates 20.51 brake horsepower at 9,000 rpm and a peak torque of 17.25 Newton meters at 7,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch for smoother downshifts.
Braking duties are handled by disc brakes on both front and rear wheels, backed by a dual-channel ABS system to enhance safety. The bike also offers adjustable levers for clutch and brakes, allowing riders to customize their setup.
The instrument cluster is fully digital, providing real-time data with a clean display. The motorcycle integrates TVS SmartXonnect technology, enabling Bluetooth connectivity for calls, navigation alerts, and music control. Riders can select from three riding modes: Urban, Sport, and Rain, adapting performance to varying road conditions.
For aesthetic options, the 2025 Apache RTR 200 4V is offered in Glossy Black, Matte Black, and Granite Grey paint schemes.
