The success of ALYF's Smart Ownership model is evident, with an impressive INR 45 crores worth of holiday homes sold in just nine months across sought-after locations like Goa and Lonavala. The rapid sell-out of their Goa project within an astonishing 75 days further underscores the immense demand for their unique offerings.

Through this collaboration, TCFM has embarked on a new category of holiday homes for the first time with ALYF after pioneering in other segments such as commercial and residential property management. They are all set to bring their comprehensive facility management expertise to ALYF's esteemed clientele. The range of services provided by TCFM includes meticulous maintenance of open areas, common pool areas, gardens, clubhouses, and security management. Moreover, TCFM will oversee the smooth operations of restaurants in the clubhouses and provide essential technical services. By leveraging TCFM's proficiency in facilities management, ALYF ensures that its holiday homes remain in pristine condition, offering residents a delightful and hassle-free experience.

In addition to property maintenance, ALYF has entrusted TCFM with essential services such as housekeeping, pool maintenance, pest control, gardening, deep cleaning, and more. Through this partnership, ALYF guarantees standardised services across all their properties, regardless of location.
