Poonawalla Fincorp Share Price Hits Record ₹570 — Surges 9% on Q2 Growth

Poonawalla Fincorp shares on Monday, October 6, went bonkers, exploding by almost 9% to hit the record high price of ₹570.40. The NBFC opened at ₹529.55, significantly higher than its previous close value of ₹524.35, before racing up rapidly to the new high within mere hours. By 10:15 AM, trading happened approximately in ₹566 and more than 8% on the day.

The upward rally was triggered after the company reported astounding growth of AUM in the September quarter of FY26 — clearly indicating that the investor confidence in this financial service company remains intact.

According to exchange filing, Poonawalla Fincorp’s AUM has increased by 67.7% on a year-on-year basis and 15.4% on a quarter-on-quarter basis and was an estimated ₹47,625 crore as on September 30, 2025. The company has also been emphasizing that it had available liquidity around ₹6,200 crore, indicating excellent cash levels and willingness to expand further.

“The company stands with a risk-first approach, robust risk management systems, and diversified asset base. As we continue to grow, the emphasis is on sustainable and profitable growth,” said Poonawalla Fincorp in the filing.

The update appears to have pleased investors, with heavy buying in the early trade. Its consistent and steady growth, excellent risk management, and aggressive expansion plans make it one of the very few best-performing NBFCs in the country.
