Mrs Deshpande – JioHotstar
The crime thriller, Mrs Deshpande, is about a fresh case of murder when the murders done recently bear a remarkable resemblance to a case that was closed 25 years back. Thus, law and order transfer the original killer who is already imprisoned, Mrs. Deshpande, to a safe place to assist in locating the copycat man. She puts forth one demand: only working with Inspector Tejas Phadke, who is oblivious to the fact that she is his mother. The Indian remake of the French series La Mante has not only changed the storyline for the viewers but also has made the original case a mystery while connecting the new murders via a more delicate, less brutal way. Nagesh Kukunoor directs the series which features Madhuri Dixit, Siddharth Chandekar, and Priyanshu Chatterjee.
Raat Akeli Hai: The Bansal Murders – Netflix
The sequel to Raat Akeli Hai set in Kanpur comes back with Nawazuddin Siddiqui once again playing the character of Inspector Jatil Yadav. The plot starts with the rich Bansal family being discovered dead in their mansion. Jatil tries to unravel the maze of power, secrets, and hidden motives, where every character's actions are raising doubts. The director is Honey Trehan, and the screenplay is by Smita Singh. The movie is a joint production of RSVP and MacGuffin Pictures and boasts an ensemble cast that includes Radhika Apte, Chitrangda Singh, Deepti Naval, Rajat Kapoor, Revathy, Ila Arun, Sanjay Kapoor, and Akhilendra Mishra.
Four More Shots Please! – Prime Video
The final chapter of the Emmy-winning series brings together the four girls - Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J, and Maanvi Gagroo - once again, who have to deal with personal and professional conflicts. The new season, which is also a product of Pritish Nandy Communications and the Pritish Nandy siblings, artistically lifts the storyline to a higher state by deepening the drama. The new additions to the cast are Dino Morea, Anasuya Sengupta, and Kunaal Roy Kapur, who will be sharing the screen with the already known names - Lisa Ray, Rajeev Siddhartha, Prateik Smita Patil, and Milind Soman.
Roofman – Lionsgate Play
Based on true events, Roofman narrates the tale of Channing Tatum's character Jeffrey Manchester, a war veteran, who invades McDonald's stores through the roof to steal money. After breaking out of jail, he surpasses the security of a Toys 'R' Us and stays there for six months plotting his next move. Things get complicated when he falls in love with Leigh played by Kirsten Dunst and this creates a conflict as his past is likely to catch up with him.
Emily in Paris Season 5 – Netflix
The tension-filled and romantic life of Emily Cooper moves from Paris to Rome in the fifth season of the acclaimed series. According to the creator Darren Star, the new chapters are about Emily going from one city to another and trying to manage love and life while visiting the European places. The drama also continues to be characterized by the highest fashion, intricate affairs of love, and the protagonist's constantly changing personal and professional lives.
Fallout Season 2 – Prime Video
The timeline of Fallout now moves two hundred years after the apocalypse and depicts the post-apocalyptic world with the same dark comedy as before. The inhabitants of the deluxe nuclear bunkers face the radioactive lands and, contrary to their assumptions, discover a world that is wild, bizarre, and shockingly intricate.
