Taylor Swift–Travis Kelce Residence Trespassed; Incident Linked to Justin Baldoni–Blake Lively Legal Case

A trespassing incident at the home of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in Leawood, Kansas, has sparked headlines, as authorities confirm the arrest of Justin Lee Fisher early Tuesday morning around 2 a.m.

According to reports, Fisher, a former police officer turned private investigator, attempted to serve Swift with deposition papers on behalf of actor Justin Baldoni’s legal team. The papers relate to Baldoni’s ongoing courtroom dispute with his It Ends With Us co-star, Blake Lively.

Fisher was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing after allegedly entering the gated property of the Swift-Kelce residence. Law enforcement noted that the incident was not violent but raised serious security concerns.

Taylor Swift Distances Herself from Case

Earlier this month, Swift’s lawyer, J. Douglas Baldridge, clarified her position in the matter. “My client has no material role in this legal action,” he told a New York federal judge. Baldridge added that Swift had not agreed to give a deposition but is willing to cooperate if the court requires it. He further mentioned that Swift could accommodate a deposition during the week of October 20, should scheduling disputes be resolved.

This latest event follows growing public attention to the legal battle between Baldoni and Lively, highlighting the unexpected involvement of third parties in high-profile disputes.
