Taylor Swift Updates Lyrics on ‘Reputation’ Songs Amid Docuseries Release, Fans Speculate About Vault Tracks
Taylor Swift updates lyrics on "Delicate" and "I Did Something Bad" from Reputation amid her Disney+ docuseries release, sparking fan speculation about Reputation (Taylor’s Version) and vault tracks.
Taylor Swift teases fans with updated Reputation lyrics as her docuseries The End of an Era streams on Disney+.

By changing the words in two of her Reputation album songs, Taylor Swift has not only surprised her fans but also created a lot of talk about her possibly making a Reputational album (Taylor's Version) or vault song release.
The alterations are happening just as the first two episodes of her documentary The End of an Era on Disney+, which was revealed by fans' keen observations that "Delicate" and "I Did Something Bad" are among the updated lyrics in the new Dolby Atmos edition of Apple Music and other platforms.
"I Did Something Bad" now has the line that said earlier "His name is not the only one I can call" and "He's the one who deserves it" completely changed to: "If a man talks shit, then I owe him nothing."
On the other hand, "Delicate" has now the phrase "Goddamn, never seen that color blue" instead of the original "Oh, damn, never seen that color blue."
Fans think that these minor modifications could be clever divinations of a Reputation (Taylor’s Version) release or even/or unreleased vault materials. Taylor has already teased the possibility in a previous letter where she stated that she had "fully re-recorded an entire album" and intimated that the Reputation vault songs might "reappear when the time is right" as a celebration rather than from nostalgia or longing.
The updates coincide with the increased fan excitement for her documentary, which shows Taylor's life, career, and behind-the-scenes moments. This has also increased the anticipation for any potential music releases related to the Reputation era.
Already, fans on social media are speculating, reacting, and sharing their theories, with many wondering if the lyrical adjustments are the first indication of new music coming from the Reputation vault.
