Tamil Star Vishal Falls Ill on Stage, Receives Immediate Medical Attention

Actor Vishal news: Tamil actor Vishal suffered a medical emergency when he collapsed at a public gathering in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu on Monday, May 11. The nearby hospital provided him with emergency care straight away and his condition has stabilized. The unexpected turn of events caused concern among fans at the event and numerous attendees voiced their worries through social media platforms.

Tamil actor Vishal at event in Koovagam village Vishal served as the chief guest. The Miss Koovagam 2025 beauty contest for transgender individuals took place Sunday night during the Tamil month festival. Vishal suddenly lost consciousness and Vishal collapses on stage while the festivities continued. The event organisers together with fans quickly administered first aid which helped him regain consciousness. Former minister K. Ponmudi promised to send Vishal to the hospital for necessary medical attention.

Vishal health update grew after this latest incident which followed a previous health scare since his recovery from dengue earlier in January. Vishal appeared physically weak during his film Madha Gaja Raja pre-release event which concerned fans about his health. He showed up at the event while battling a viral fever which made him appear very sick and dependent on others for support to maintain his balance. The event video appeared on social media which quickly became viral due to him trembling while he held the microphone.

He clarified the situation by admitting to his recent fever but assured fans about his current good health. I experienced a regular fever which I am now fully recovered from. He clarified that rumors about his inability to work for three to six months were false.

Sundar C served as director for the movie Madha Gaja Raja which starred Vishal together with Anjali and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.
