At the age of 71, veteran Tamil comedian and actor S Krishnamoorthy, better known by his stage name Madhan Bob, died on Saturday night in Chennai. According to a person close to the family, the cherished artist passed away at his home in Adyar after battling cancer.
For many years, Madhan Bob was a mainstay of Tamil cinema's comedy landscape thanks to his contagious laughter, distinctive facial expressions, and flawless comic timing. He made a lasting impression with his iconic roles, costarring on screen with Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Ajith Kumar, Suriya, and Vijay.
