SEVENTEEN’s youngest member, Dino, has made headlines with a record-breaking property purchase in Seoul’s upscale Seongsu-dong neighborhood. The K-pop star acquired a luxurious apartment in the prestigious Galleria Foret complex for an astounding 9 billion KRW (about 6.5 million USD), making him a neighbor to acclaimed actor Kim Soo Hyun, who also resides in the same exclusive building, according to Korea Economic TV.

Record-Setting Apartment Deal

Dino’s 195-square-meter unit, bought in April 2025 with ownership transferred this month, set a new price record for a property of its size within the Galleria Foret complex. Official documents reveal a registered mortgage of 6.16 billion KRW (approximately 4.45 million USD), with an estimated borrowed amount around 5.6 billion KRW (roughly 4.1 million USD).

At just 26 years old, Dino joins the ranks of high-profile residents in this sought-after complex, which includes stars like Han Ye Seul and Kim Soo Hyun. Earlier this year, TV personality Jang Young Ran and her husband also made waves with their joint purchase of a 218-square-meter unit in the same building for 9.45 billion KRW (about 6.98 million USD).
