Mumbai's Transport Department in Worli received a WhatsApp message on Monday containing a death threat against Bollywood actor Salman Khan. The person behind the threat announced plans to assassinate Salman Khan by breaking into his Bandra residence at Galaxy Apartments and detonating his car with an explosive device.
The Worli Police Station received a Salman Khan threat Case submission against an unidentified sender of the threatening message according to official statements.
Authorities have launched an investigation to find the person behind the accusation.
The actor continues to receive Salman Khan threats which increased after his 1998 Blackbuck shooting conviction.
