Salman Khan delivers a reality check to Gaurav Khanna during Weekend Ka Vaar on Bigg Boss 19, urging him to be more active in the house.

In the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19, superstar Salman Khan didn’t hold back while addressing housemate Gaurav Khanna, delivering a sharp reality check over his inactivity in the house.
Salman Calls Out Gaurav
Salman opened the conversation by acknowledging Gaurav as the “blue-eyed boy of Indian television” and a “green flag,” but quickly criticized him for being barely visible and inactive, even comparing him to a piece of furniture. “Your role in the house is like a star cameo—someone we see on the poster but not in the film,” Salman said, urging Gaurav to participate more actively.
He further asked, “Aapka ghar mein jo dikh raha hai, ye aapka asal kirdaar hai? Are you intimidated by other contestants’ talents? This is a competition of the mind. You’re intelligent—why are you not using it?”
In response, Gaurav explained that he avoids the aggression and verbal abuse that sometimes arise during tasks. Salman countered, emphasizing that being passive will hurt his visibility and credibility. He advised Gaurav not to let his on-screen characters overshadow his real self and reminded him of the danger of being labeled “overrated.”

Reports suggest that Gaurav, who recently won Celebrity MasterChef and stars in Anupama, is the highest-paid contestant this season, charging around ₹17.5 lakh per week. Sources claim he has been promised a new show with either Star or Colors once his Bigg Boss 19 stint ends.
