‘Saiyaara’ Nears ₹500 Crore Worldwide, Breaks Overseas Box Office Records in Third Weekend

Anees Padda and Ahaan Panday’s romantic drama Saiyaara continues its unstoppable global run, collecting ₹21.50 crore (USD 2.50 million) in its third weekend overseas. With this, the film’s total worldwide gross stands at ₹485 crore, just a step away from the prestigious ₹500 crore milestone.
Despite facing a modest 37% drop from its second weekend, Saiyaara actually outperformed its own opening weekend by 20%, making this one of the most successful third weekends ever for an Indian film—ranking just behind Jawan and Pathaan.
UK Weekend Sets All-Time Record for Indian Films
The United Kingdom emerged as the standout market. Saiyaara earned a staggering GBP 490,000 in its third weekend, marking the highest third weekend collection ever for an Indian film in the region. This figure represents a 75% lead over Pathaan's previous record of GBP 282,000. The film has already crossed GBP 2 million and is now eyeing the GBP 3 million club—an elite benchmark reached only by Pathaan and Jawan.
Middle East and North America Perform Strongly
The Middle East continues to be another lucrative region, contributing USD 4.60 million so far. The film is expected to surpass the USD 5 million mark, a feat only achieved by Animal among non-Khan Indian films.
In North America, Saiyaara has grossed USD 3 million in the US and USD 1.38 million in Canada, while also posting solid numbers in Australia (USD 965K) and Nepal (USD 650K).
Although Sunday witnessed a traditional drop in most territories, and Saturday showed limited growth, Saiyaara remains on course to hit major overseas milestones. Reaching USD 20 million overseas may be ambitious, but even getting close would make Saiyaara one of the highest-grossing non-franchise Bollywood films internationally.
