Ritu Chowdary’s Emotional Exit: Her Request to Kalyan & Demon’s Secret

It was a shocker for everyone to witness Ritu Chowdary getting eliminated from Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9 on Day 91 and that too after leaving both housemates’ mouths agape. Since the contestants viewed Suman Shetty, Bharani, or Sanjana as probable evictees for the week, Ritu's sudden eviction only came as an immense shock.

Demon Pawan was barely able to control his emotional outburst the minute Ritu’s name was announced. As expected, Ritu’s heartbeat raced over Pawan’s possible reaction to her eviction rather than her own elimination.

From Negativity to Strength: The Extraordinary Journey of Ritu

Ritu's journey on Bigg Boss was like none other. So much negativity and criticism awaited her inside the house when she first entered; however, with each passing week, she started to prove herself, particularly during the tasks where she presented herself as one of the strongest female contestants.

However, the bond they developed claimed mixed reactions for their so-called "love track" with Demon Pawan. Some viewers and Demon's fans felt that their closeness affects his game, while trolls claimed Ritu of going after fame. However, with time the viewers could comprehend they seemed in love since Ritu rarely let Demon Pawan beside her.

Just two weeks before her deveastating eviction from the house, Ritu displayed a hundred percent drive competing in the early finalist tasks with great determination and willed herself amongst praises. The fans were hugely shocked when she was eliminated.

A Tearful Goodbye in the House

During the Sunday Funday episode, Ritu and Sanjana comprised the two candidates in the danger zone. When Ritu was announced to be evicted, Sanjana bid farewell to the housemates; the grief-stricken Ritu became visibly nervous and teary.

Housemates one by one went and hugged her, while the girl that was heartbroken poured her heart out. She kept crying:

"Immu… I'm not in the top 5. Why Bigg Boss… I wanted to be in the top 5."

Demon literally hugged the breathless Ritu very firmly and went on to say with tears:

"I will bring the cup."

Ritu also assigned the house to look after Pawan with affection; in case somebody would have to take care of Pawan in her absence she shell-shocked and pleaded with multiple rights to all specially to Kalyani that they assist him in her absence. An occasional final-shout: "Bigg Boss, I thought you’d plant me in the Top 5, but thanks for this occasion!"

On Stage With Nagarjuna: Humor, Tears & Heartfelt Moments

Ritu approached Nagarjuna with great warmth, embracing him hugs her first move, followed by a joke:

"Sir…I thought I'd get eliminated many times just for this hug!"

Nagarjuna laughed and assured her that obviously, the hug wasn't the one that created this situation for her.

Rita laughed and confessed that she remembered many nights when she would gaze up into the ceiling and pray that she would be in the top 5 but is grateful for everything else. Scanning onwards with emotional shots of demonstration and her bond. Seeing this, Ritu lost complete composure and burst into tears.

Ritu then clarified why she placed Bharani in the third position:

"I do not like conflicts. I do not appreciate that you nominated Divya."

Ritu assigned housemates their positions:

1 – Demon Pawan- Sorakaya

2 & 3 – Tanuja & Immu: The 3 girls let what they didn't want to see lay about both of them.

5 – Sanjana: "Sorry if I hurt you... I want you to be in the top 5 in my place."

She initially loved laying Kalyan as number 4 from the first discussion misrei with girls in green but later on exchanged his place among Tanuja and Immu. She confirmed while giving Kalyan this place, "It is not because of me, sir... He deserves the first place, even if he teases or annoys sometimes."

Goodbye party jumbled with warmth, humor, and emotional hugs geared to the Demon and Kalyan in particular.

With the final lines, Nagarjuna leaves on "See you at the finals" as Ritu smiles and walks from the Bigg Boss house for the last time.
