OG Box Office Collection Day 4: Pawan Kalyan’s Biggest Blockbuster Crosses ₹200 Crore Worldwide, ₹140 Crore in India
They Call Him OG box office collection Day 4: Pawan Kalyan’s action drama crosses ₹200 crore worldwide and ₹140 crore in India, becoming his biggest-ever blockbuster.
Pawan Kalyan’s They Call Him OG crosses ₹200 crore worldwide in just 4 days, marking the superstar’s biggest-ever box office success.

Sujeeth's action crime drama starring Pawan Kalyan, known as OG, has taken box-office records by storm. Alongside Emraan Hashmi, it is the highest-grossing film in the career of Kalyan, making it to the worldwide ₹200 crore collection milestone in less than four days.
🔹 Day 4 Box Office Performance
On Sunday (Day 4), They Call Him OG raked in ₹18.50 crores, as the momentum stayed put after collecting ₹18.45 crore on Friday (Day 2) and ₹18.50 crore on Saturday (Day 3). However well the film has done afterward, nothing could beat that one immense Thursday single-day collection of ₹63.75 crore, even with an 80% drop thereafter.
This makes the paid previews collection 21 crore, with the domestic total standing at 140.20 crores, thereby leaving the previous record holder of Kalyan Hari Hara Veera Mallu (87 crore) far behind.
🔹 Worldwide Box Office & Market Split
- India Collections (4 Days + Paid Previews): ₹140.20 crore
- Super Overseas Collections: ~₹60 crore
- Total worldwide: ₹200 crore+
The bigger share of the domestic box office is earned by the Telugu version, with the dubbed Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada versions also making good contributions. The film barely faced any competition in the Hindi belt, as Neeraj Ghaywan's Homebound-India's official Oscars entry-earned less than ₹1 crore in its opening weekend.
🔹 Plot & Cast
A seedy gangster drama in early 1990s Mumbai amid gang wars, They Call Him OG follows Pawan Kalyan as Ojas Gambheera (OG), a powerful gangster who arrives to restore order, at odds with Emraan Hashmi's menacing visage.
It also stars Arjun Das and Priyanka Mohan in important roles. After very long delays—partly owing to Kalyan's political commitments as Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana—the film released with a bang, with fans lighting crackers, besieging theatres, and erecting gigantic cutouts to celebrate the star's homecoming.
🔹 What's Next At the Box Office?
With no other awesome new Telugu releases in the lineup this week except the dubbed version of Rishab Shetty's Kantara: Chapter 1, They Call Him OG is going to be at the top of the box-office charts for some time.
