‘Bhagwat Chapter 1: Raakshas’ on Zee5
The film Bhagwat Chapter 1: Raakshas, which is streaming from October 17, features Arshad Warsi as the leading character, Inspector Bhagwat. The storyline revolves around the inspector taking charge of a missing person investigation in the region of Robertsganj, the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, just to become a part of the violent spree of criminals that came to light. Jitendra Kumar, another actor, plays the villain and really gives a captivating performance.
‘How To Train Your Dragon’ Live-Action on JioHotstar
Though the live-action version of the Disney classic, How To Train Your Dragon, was earlier thought to be a limited release, it is now streaming on JioHotstar. The film raked in a whopping $365 million worldwide during its theatrical run in 2025. Gerard Butler continues with the role of Stoick the Vast and is joined by the cast of Mason Thames, Nico Parker, Gabriel Howell, Julian Dennison, Bronwyn James, Harry Trevaldwyn, Peter Serafinowicz, and Nick Frost. The narrative goes around the wise young Viking, Hiccup, and the Night Fury dragon, Toothless, who together have to fight an ancient threat to the survival of both their species.
‘Final Destination: Bloodlines’ Arrives on JioHotstar
The new chapter of the horror series, Final Destination: Bloodlines, is now up on JioHotstar to stream as of the date today, October 16. The movie which has a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 92% and is said to be among the most potent ones in the franchise garnered $315 million in worldwide box office earnings and was thus depicted as one of the strongest series installments.
‘Our Fault' on Amazon Prime Video
Culpa Nuestra, the last part of the Spanish love trilogy, called internationally as Our Fault, is now available on Amazon Prime Video from the 16th of October. Gabriel Guevara and Nicole Wallace are back in this last episode, which is adapted from Mercedes Ron's widely-read book series.
‘Santosh’ Arrives on Lionsgate Play
The much-acclaimed film Santosh by Sandhya Suri is coming to Lionsgate Play for digital release on October 17. The plot centers around the widow character, played by Shahana Goswami, who, due to her understanding nature, gets a symbolic police posting. The film was initially held back in India because of CBFC issues, but it was the official submission of the UK for the Oscars last year.
