Madras High Court Says Yes To Akhanda 2, .. the Fans of Balakrishna Can Now Celebrate!
The Madras High Court has given the green light to Balakrishna's Akhanda 2 after Eros International and 14 Reels Plus have settled their conflict. The crew now plans to launch the project on December 12, 2025, with paid premieres suggested for December 11.

The wait which lasted for a long time is at last over for the fans of Nandamuri Balakrishna! The film Akhanda 2: Thaandavam that had been shrouded in mystery has now made a clear picture as Madras High Court has given its approval for the movie's release. After the very tough confrontation between Eros International and 14 Reels Plus, both parties ultimately have an internal settlement which is mutual and thus allowing the sequel that had been anticipated so much to be released in theaters.
Now that the legal impediments are out of the way, the team of the movie is moving with full power. Only a few financial clearances and pending distributor payments remain before the film locks its grand release.
Release Plan Back on Track
The filmmakers are looking for a big release worldwide on 12th December 2025. Further, to drum up the hype, the producers have resubmitted requests for:

- Paid premiere shows on December 11 across the Telugu states.
