G-Dragon never just a concert by stepping on the stage; he is the one who creates a moment. The Seoul encore performances for his G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] were very much in line with the definition of his light and yet K-pop’s best.

The last three-day Gocheok Sky Dome performances felt like a warm reunion on G-Dragon’s passage — full of nostalgia, surprises, and a hint of what was coming next for BIGBANG and K-pop fans worldwide.

BTS and SEVENTEEN Spotted Together — Fandoms Going Crazy

The unexpected highlight was not from the stage but from the audience.

The BTS members Jungkook and J-Hope were together at the concert, having fun dancing with the SEVENTEEN members Mingyu and Hoshi, and like real fans, getting the full music experience. Their presence alone was enough to send social media into a frenzy, as clips and photos made their way across the various platforms in less than a minute.

People were unable to keep their excitement under control. “crazy,” one calls it a “once-in-a-lifetime crossover,” while others just liked the sight of the idols sharing a real music experience, not filtered or limited by expectations.

BIGBANG Reunion Makes the Night Emotional

The vibe in the dome changed when Taeyang and Daesung unexpectedly walked up to G-Dragon on the stage. What happened next can’t just be called a performance, it was a strong reminder of the past, of BIGBANG’s.

The audience was doing everything at the same time: crying, laughing, and screaming — the trio is again on the same stage, and it is easy to be playful, natural, and always BIGBANG. Daesung's quick-wittedness and Taeyang's tranquil aura added to G-Dragon's intensity and made the reunion not only a reminiscent but also a vibrant one at the same time.

With the night uplifting, G-Dragon had the national beatboxer Wing and Beatpella House team up with him for a revised version of “Heartbreaker.” He has proven yet again that he is always up for experimenting.

Familiar Faces All Night

The concert became a bright and glamorous gathering of stars as many celebrities Im Si-wan, Hwang Kwanghee from ZE:A, Lee Min-ho, Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation, Ahyeon from BABYMONSTER, and Park Myung-soo, among others, were spotted in the audience.

Later Kwanghee posted his photos from the concert and wrote that he could not have been more grateful than he felt when seeing G-Dragon perform—he even called him a “prince on stage.” His remarks perfectly mirrored what a lot of the audience felt that night.

G-Dragon’s Candid Comments on Live Performance Criticism

G-Dragon during the show talked about the recent discussions around his live performances with frankness and grace.

“It has been 19 years since I started, so it really surprises me that controversies still arise,” he said.

To the supporting fans who shouted “Perfect!” he said:

“It’s not perfect. There are some shows that I regret performing. The most important thing is you show up and try your best every day.”

The audience reacted with very loud cheers, which was a sign of their support for him because he was being honest and reflective—this was a rare moment that felt very intimate.

Concert Film, BIGBANG’s 20th Anniversary & Coachella Tease

G-Dragon revealed that the Übermensch concert had been filmed and would be released in cinemas giving the audience another opportunity to experience the enchantment.

He also let out a hint about BIGBANG's future, saying that the year 2026 would be the group's 20th anniversary.

"From April we will start warming up. It will be like a workshop," he said, and immediately the reunion excitement was rekindled.

The loudest cheer of the night was when he jokingly confirmed BIGBANG's performance at Coachella:

"If you are in the US for studying or traveling, you are most welcome to come and see us."

Übermensch World Tour Makes History
