The action drama of Ranveer Singh Dhurandhar is cashing in at the box office and has shattered the ₹180-crore mark just in the sixth day of its release.
The film by Aditya Dhar that affected the cinema on December 5, 2025, is still going like a train of strong daily earnings. The day 6 estimate from the industry tracker Sacnilk says that Dhurandhar bagged ₹26.50 crore, which takes the film to a whopping ₹180 crore.
This movie marks the coming of Aditya Dhar back to direction after a break of six years when he made the hit movie Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019. The film's release also raised the question if it was inspired by the life of Major Mohit Sharma. But Dhar cleared that the film is about real geopolitical events and contains allusions to secret R&AW operations by mentioning Operation Lyari, the Pakistan government's crackdown in Karachi's Lyari area.
