Initially, the film released the advance ticket sales very discreetly in a few selected theater chains at the beginning of the last week and by Sunday evening it was available in cinemas all over the country. Despite the start being overshadowed by low-key events, however, the response has been great and it contributed to the creation of the buzz around Ranveer's advent into the world of high-octane action again.
Advance Booking Performance
As per early estimates, Dhurandhar has been allotted around 2,241 shows across India for its opening day. By Monday morning, the film had already sold 8,654 tickets, contributing to ₹43.36 lakh in confirmed advance booking revenue.
When blocked seats and premium bookings are included, the first-day advance total has surged to an estimated ₹1.97 crore.

- Karnataka: ₹13.29 lakh from 165 shows
- Punjab: ₹9.45 lakh from 132 shows

“A mysterious traveller infiltrates the Karachi mafia and becomes entangled in a dangerous web of political corruption.”
Alongside Ranveer Singh in the lead, the film features a powerful ensemble cast including:
R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, Sara Arjun, and Rajat Bedi.
