Jungkook’s latest song picks stirred dating rumors linking him to BLACKPINK’s Lisa and aespa’s Winter, which fans strongly denied.
After posting his recent song recommendations on Instagram, BTS member Jungkook has once again found himself at the center of dating rumors, this time involving Lisa from BLACKPINK and Winter from aespa.
On August 14, Jungkook shared his current favorites, "Weather" by Novo Amor and "Stay" by Gracie Abrams. Despite their seeming innocence, the emotionally charged lyrics led internet users to speculate that the K-pop star might be implying something personal. Since his post was made at the same time as the music video for Lisa's Dream was released, the timing led to even more conjecture.
Winter from aespa recently suggested Weather by Novo Amor, which fueled online conversations that connected the two singers and added to the commotion.
Fans of both female idols and the BTS ARMY, however, swiftly intervened to put an end to the rumors. Citing his prior remarks, many reminded others that Jungkook has stated time and time again that he is not in a relationship:
