Bigg Boss Today: Emmanuel Tops Leaderboard, Another Contestant Eyes Finalist Spot – Sanjana Faces Shocking Setback

Bigg Boss Season 9 is definitely getting more and more exciting as Kalyan has already taken the first finalist position. Yet the war is still not over—the show this week presented a brand new set of challenges for the other contestants to get into the final spot and fight their way to the finale.

To start off with the tasks, the roommates were informed to give points to every single player in accordance with their contribution games so far. The outcome was nothing short of dramatic: Emmanuel was the top-most with the highest points of 2,50,000, followed by Tanuja with 2,00,000, Demon at 1,50,000, Suman Shetty with 1,00,000 and Bharani at 50,000. Sanjana, whom Emmanuel and Demon supported, still got a total of zero points from the rest of the housemates. Bigg Boss then quickly dispatched her to the jail corner where she was left alone crying as she tried to get over her rejection.

One Finalist Spot Up for Grabs

Bigg Boss gave the contestants a reminder that this week, it will be the public that has the last say but the players’ performance in the house tasks would seal their fate. The leaderboard points will pick out who enjoys the immunity from nominations and who has to undergo the elimination battles. The top performer gets immunity while the next 2 players go for public voting to save them from nominations. The unluckiest ones on the leaderboard are the ones that are up for elimination.

Sanjana being sent to jail has already voiced her exclusion from the first challenge and thus she lost the chance of gaining points in this round.

‘Swing Zara’ Task Results

The first duel of the week, Swing Zara, was once again the time when Emmanuel stood out among the rest of the contestants by taking over the first place again. Bharani, Demon, and Tanuja were just a hair's breadth behind, while Suman Shetty ended up being the last. Kalyan moderated the event and made sure that everything went smoothly in the competition.
