The Bigg Boss 19 house was a melting pot of feelings and melodrama on the 17th of November, with the Top 9 contestants experiencing both rivals and the kindest of reunions as the family week was introduced. The day commenced with arguments that were very sharp between Kunickaa, Amaal, Tanya, and Farrhana. The daily chores that were a source of dispute became animation when Tanya put a glass in the sink where Amaal was washing dishes. Amaal's response was to call Tanya "dhongi" and then "bacchi."

In another part of the house, Pranit and Farrhana bet on Malti's response to the provocation. Malti was very calm which helped Pranit to win the bet. There was a misunderstanding that worsened the situation when Pranit took Gaurav's comment about Malti the wrong way. Amaal also spoke up when Shehbaz made a remark about Malti's modelling career, a topic that Ashnoor had already agreed should not come up.

The garden area was adorned with decorations, which was a clear indication of the commencement of family week. The contestants were very eager to have a glance at their dear ones. Ayaan was the first family member to join the house, leading Tanya to break down in tears. During the reunion, he praised Shehbaz and Farrhana for supporting Tanya, complimented Gaurav’s gameplay, and offered apologies to Malti on Tanya’s behalf. He lauded Kunickaa’s accomplishments at 61 and reflected on Tanya’s growth in strategy and resilience, advising Farrhana to reveal her softer side to connect with viewers.

Ashnoor’s father followed, resulting in a deeply emotional moment. She openly expressed the struggles of recent weeks, while her father reassured her of their pride and support. He also praised Gaurav and Kunickaa in the house and advised Shehbaz to maintain boundaries, sharing a warm hug with him.

Tanya apologised once more, but her father emphasized her well-being as the priority. Kunickaa’s light-hearted remark calling him “samdhi” was met with a playful, “Let’s not go that far.”
