The newest film of Tollywood superstar Ram Pothineni, Andhra King Taluka, was released in the whole world on November 27, 2025, and it created a lot of excitement and expectations among the viewers. Nevertheless, the movie was criticized on the first day and could not really make an impact at the box office at all. The first day for the film was a little over ₹4 crore in terms of global earnings.
Sometimes during the weekend, the collections improved a little, and in three days Andhra King Taluka grossed ₹16.5 crore worldwide. On the third day itself, the film got more than ₹5 crore, which helped the overall collection to cross ₹10 crore.
But the filmmakers still were not satisfied with these figures. To recover the costs, the film has to earn ₹50 crore gross, and judging by the initial three days' performance that figure seems far-fetched. The producers are said to be worried because of the disappointing collections.
In the film, Bhagyashree Borse plays the heroine, while Upendra appears in an important part. Andhra King Taluka is being made under the Mithri Movie Makers production company.
