Akshay Kumar’s latest comedy entertainer, Housefull 5, has officially crossed Rs 100 crore at the Indian box office. The film achieved this milestone on its sixth day of release, becoming the 110th Bollywood film to enter the prestigious Rs 100 crore club.
This marks Akshay Kumar’s 18th film to achieve the feat—17 of them being Hindi films, and one (2.0) being a Tamil-language project. The milestone cements his place among Bollywood’s most consistent box office performers.
A Growing Club of Blockbusters

What Lies Ahead for Housefull 5?
While entering the Rs 100 crore club is a significant box office feat, the real challenge for Housefull 5 lies ahead. With today's biggest blockbusters crossing Rs 500 crore, industry watchers believe that a film of this scale should aim for at least Rs 200 crore to be seen as a strong success.
Housefull 5 continues to play in cinemas across India and has a clear run ahead with no major competition in the immediate weeks. Time will tell whether it joins the Rs 200 crore club too.
